So I got a notice from QQ saying I got RMB 58,000 (US 8250) in cash & a free Samsung PC. Problem is, I live in Taiwan and they are based in China so I can't call them or set up a local bank account so that I can recieve the cash & prizes. I feel frustrated and worried right now since I gave out information that was similar to my real life information.
